Jack Parker

Jack Parker (born March 11, 1945 in Somerville, Massachusetts) is the current head coach of the Boston University Terriers men's ice hockey team. The 2005-2006 hockey season was Parker's 33rd season as head coach of the Terriers.

Following the 05-06 season Parker has an overall record of 742-379-84. His 742 wins is the most of any NCAA college hockey coach at one single institution and he ranks second in total wins among active coaches, behind only Jerry York of Boston College. Jack Parker was named the NCAA Coach of the Year twice, the first after the 1974-1975 season and the second after the 1977-1978 season. Parker was also named the Hockey East Coach of the Year after the 1985-1986, 1991-1992, 1999-2000, 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 seasons.
