Jack helps a peaceful tribe defend themselves against attacks from a brutish neightbouring tribe. In return they promise to teach Jack how to "jump good". The lessons include hard physical labour and jumping and climbing with boulders so that he will feel light and nimble without them. Jack wants to be able to reach Aku who remarks, "You can fly?!" to which Jack replies, "No, jump good".
