Jack Curran is the current baseball and basketball head coach at Archbishop Molloy High School. Since he took over from Lou Carnesecca in 1958, he guided the Archbishop Molloy baseball varsity to more than 1,300 wins and 17 Catholic High School Athletic Association titles, while coaching the basketball varsity to more than 850 wins and five city titles. Among his former players are former NBA players Brian Winters, Kevin Joyce, Kenny Smith and Kenny Anderson. One of his former assistants, Norm Roberts, is the current men's basketball head coach of St. John's University.
