Jack Coleman

Jack Coleman (born February 21, 1958 in Easton, Pennsylvania) is an American actor, best known for replacing Al Corley in the role of Steven Carrington in the 1980s prime time soap opera Dynasty. Coleman left Dynasty in 1988 after its penultimate season in order to star in a play.

Coleman's first major role was in the soap opera Days of Our Lives, where he appeared from 1981 to 1982 as the character of Jake Kositchek.

Since Dynasty, Coleman has been a regular on the series Nightmare Cafe in 1992, appeared in the 2004 mini-series Kingdom Hospital and has made guest appearances in CSI: Miami, Nip/Tuck and Without A Trace. He also co-starred as Alyson & Amanda Michalka's father in the Disney Channel Original Movie Cow Belles. Coleman is now one of the stars of the fantasy show Heroes, where he plays Mr. Bennet (aka "Horn-Rimmed Glasses").

He is a sixth generation grandchild of American inventor Benjamin Franklin.[1]

He is married to actress Beth Toussaint.
