Jack Adams was born 5 May 1920 in Calgary, Alberta. He was a professional ice hockey player in the National Hockey League.

Jack Adams, not to be confused with Jack Adams, played 42 regular season games and three playoff games for the Montreal Canadiens in 1940-41. During the regular season, he scored 6 goals and 18 points and during the playoffs, he was held pointless. He only played that one season in the NHL.
