Jabriya Indian School

Located in the Jabriya district of Kuwait, the Jabriya Indian School was founded in September 1993, making it one of the most recent schools in Kuwait to cater to the large Indian community. A particular feature of this school is the presence of a large number of multinational students which gives them an insight into the Indian culture.

At present, the school provides educational facilities up to the twelfth standard and it is well set to fulfill the educational needs of students.

The Jabriya Indian School is recognised by the Kuwait Ministry of Education and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. It admits students of all nationalities and prepares students for the All India Secondary School examination and Senior Secondary Certificate Examination.

The school has its own building, with all modern facilities and an ideal infrastructure setting.

The School has excelled in many sport activities. It battled with other schools all over the country and internationally. The school had an outstanding performance in Football and most importantly Basketball in the years 1995-2002. Over the last 7 years Jabriya Indian School has been undefeated and reigned many competitions and tournaments. It has raised many great basketball stars such as Philip Stefanovic, Osama Disu and Joel Sam that now are prosperous in Leagues such as the NBA and NCAA, None of this will be possible if it weren't for the great dedication of our Coach Jose.
