Jüri Aaduvich Tarmak (Russian: Юри Аадувич Тармак) (born 21 July 1946) was a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the high jump. He trained at Dynamo in Leningrad.
He competed for the USSR in the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany in the high jump where he won the gold medal.
Tarmak was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1972).
