Julio Manzur (born June 22, 1981) is a Paraguayan football player who, as of 2006, was playing for Santos FC of Brazil.
Manzur started his career at Club Guaraní in his native country. He was part of the silver medal-winning Paraguayan 2004 Olympic football team, who achieved a quarter-final place with two victories in the qualifying round, and, having finished second in the league, beat South Korea in the quarter-finals, and Iraq in the semi-finals, before losing to Argentina in the final.
