Izunokuni, Shizuoka

Izunokuni (伊豆の国市; Izunokuni-shi; Izunokuni City) is a city located in Shizuoka, Japan.

The city was founded by the merger of Ohito, Izunagaoka, and Nirayama towns on April 1, 2005.

As of 2005, the city has an estimated population of 50,687 and a density of 535.18 persons per km². The total area is 94.71 km².
