"IYAAYAS" is the slogan used by the AFSC (461x0) 2W0x1, Munitions Systems Specialist (AMMO), career field in the United States Air Force. It is an acronym for "If You Ain't AMMO, You Ain't Shit!"

IYAAYAS is often used in conjunction with the piss pot logo. The piss pot was adopted by AMMO from early Army insignia which was used to identify artillery personnel.

A piss pot and the IYAAYAS motto can be seen on many "AMMO" challenge coins carried by members of the AMMO community, as seen in several examples in Google's Image search.
