Iwaki, Aomori

Iwaki (岩木町; -machi) was a town located in Nakatsugaru District, Aomori Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 12,126 and a density of 82.91 persons per km². The total area was 146.25 km².

On February 27, 2006 the town of Iwaki merged into the city of Hirosaki.
