IWA Hardcore Championship is a title contested under Hardcore Wrestling rules in the International Wrestling Association in Puerto Rico

Huracán Castillo 1 November 25, 2000 Trujillo Alto ,Puerto Rico Match to crown a Hardcore champion. Rules. A 20 minutes match. A wrestler is eliminated if he is pinned, but the pinner is crowned the Hardcore champion but match continues until the 20 minutes mark is gone. the pin was valid anywhere in the building. a-Andres Borges was the first champion eliminating Taka Michinoku.

b-Super Crazy defeated Andres Borges. c-Ninjitzu defeated Super Crazy. d-Chicky Starr defeated Ninjitzu. e-Miguelito Pérez defeated Chicky Starr. f-Tajiri defeated Miguelito Pérez and later pinned Andy Anderson. Huracán Castillo defeated Tajiri with more that two minutes to go. Huracán Castillo and Víctor The Bodyguard were the last 2 men standing. Castillo was in control when the time limit expired and he became the champion.
