Ivan Vladislavovich Zholtovsky (born 1867, Pinsk - died 1959, Moscow was a Russian architect.

Zholtovsky attended the Architecture School of the Academy of the Arts in Saint Petersburg from 1887-98. In 1900 he became a member of the Moscow Architectural Society (MAO). From 1900-1932 he taught at the Stroganov Arts and Crafts School, continuing to teach there after it became part of VKhUTEMAS. In 1932 he was elected to the board of the Union of Soviet Architects.

- 1923 - Planned and supervised the All-Russian Agricultural and Handicraft Industries Exhibition (With Alexey Shchusev), designed several pavilions, Moscow.
- 1925–1926 - Soviet pavilion at the Milan international exhibition, Milan.
- 1927–1928 - Generator building for the Moscow Central Power Station (MOGES), Moscow.
- 1931–1933 - Competition projects for the Palace of the Soviets, Moscow.
- 1933–1934 - "On the Mokhovaia" apartment buildings, Moscow.
