Itula Mili (born April 20, 1973) is a National Football League tight end for the Seattle Seahawks of Samoan origin; Mili played college football for Brigham Young University.

Mili attended Kahuku High School in Laie, Hawaii, USA, where he starred in football, basketball, and track. In football he led his team to two state championships and was an All-State selection. In track, he was the State High Jump Champion as a junior.
