Italia Mac

Italia Mac is an Apple Computer related website founded by Ivan Gobbo and Gabriele Gobbo in 1996, with a primary focus on news and information regarding the Apple Macintosh computer. Today, Italia Mac is one of the largest and most prominent Macintosh-related Italian forum communities and Italian Macintosh user groups on the Internet, with over 800,000 posts and over 13,000 members. There are 50 or more active members online at any given time.

The forum topics cover discussion of Apple Macintosh hardware and software, Mac OS X, Mac peripherals, and other Macintosh-related topics, such as networking, development, and web design. The chat area covers other topics, including politics, current events, and general discussions.

Italia Mac is also the producer of the "Italian National Mac User Meeting", a Macintosh and Apple users' meeting held yearly in such Italian and Swiss cities as Rome, Milan, Turin, Palermo, Naples, Perugia, among others.
