"It's a Mannequin's World" is episode #1.7 of the television series Hannah Montana.

Her dad is shopping for her birthday, which is coming; the problem is that he has no sense of style. Miley hides in the mall shop in order to tell Lilly what she wants while her dad is there. However, Miley dresses up as Hannah Montana and replaces the mannequin in the new display, so she doesn't get caught and be able to tell Lilly what she wants.

After Lilly was able to convince Miley's dad to get the sweater,Miley finds out her dad switched the jacket at the last-minute with a highly embarrassing cat sweater which makes a meow sound every time you press on it, and wears at her birthday party to make her dad proud. Amber and Ashley eventually took a picture of Miley, in the sweater for the school's yearbook.

In the subplot, Jackson had to bring Miley's birthday cake to the party, successfully. He messed up the last two cakes he had gotten for Miley because of a pelican eating the cakes.Eventually, he tries to bake a cake, but failed. It was that time when Cooper admits to him that he can bake and makes a cake, much helpful to Jackson.

When Jackson and Cooper bring out the cake, it accidentally ends up on Amber and Ashley. Then Miley's dad takes a picture of Amber and Ashley, still having cake on them, and blackmails them with the picture in exchange for the picture of Miley in the cat sweater. In the end, it turns out Oliver has the exact same shirt, but with a dog on it and they put on a silly little musical to "Jingle Bells" at the end using the sweaters, which Miley's security guard loves, but bores everyone else.

  Roxy: (looking around) Stop who?! I got 'im! Hyaaaah! (attacks nearby man)
• Roxy: (On Miley's 'spinning' closet) Excuse me! If I can fit through that vent, so can another person! We gotta work on that!
• Miley: (about birthday sweater) It's not that... I wouldn't say... It meows, dad.
• Robby: Does that pelican have frosting on its beak?
  Miley: Jackson!
• (Miley/Hannah is posing like her mannequin)
  Robby: (Passes up Hannah) Dang, that thing is life-like. Even got the freckles right (starts to touch Hannah's face)
  Lily: (Hits Robby's hand out of the way) Look! No one at register two.

• This is the first episode the Hannah's body guard Roxy appears in.
• The little girl who gets scared by the Hannah Montana mannequin is Noah Lindsey Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus's youngest daughter and Miley Cyrus's little sister, who also appears in some other episodes of the show.
• In the living room scene Nibbly wears the same shirt that Louis Stevens wore in the episode Heck of Hannukah.
