U.S. Charts Debut
"It's Me Again" landed exactly at #17 at the U.S. Billboard 200 on its release week. This way, Tweet's sophomore album did not surpass her debut, which appeared in the U.S. Billboard 200 at #3, a spot that wasn't looking easy to beat considering the different success that her new single, "Turn Da Lights Off", had had comparing it to the debut single "Oops (Oh My)" (which got to #1 at the Billboard Hot 100 Singles).

"Turn Da Lights Off" (featuring Missy Elliott) was Tweet's first single released from her sophomore album "It's Me Again". Co-penned by friend Missy Elliott and producer and hip-hop veteran Kwame "K1 Mil" Holland, the song uses a break and intro from Nat King Cole's "Lost April" and Luther Vandross and Cheryl Lynn's "If This World Were Mine". This track is a deliciously smooth joint that takes back to the best of the Old-School soul, reminding its golden age. | ||||||||||

"Cab Ride" was intended to be Tweet's second official single from her sophomore album "It's Me Again". The track is built up over the infamous 70's-80's American sitcom Taxi theme song "Angela" (written by Bob James), and sees Tweet sweetly telling the taxi driver to take her to her boyfriend's house, and to drive slowly and safely, just the way this song grows. It wasn't finally released as an offiicial single, however, a few promo CDs were sent to the radio and the song got some fair airplay consider the low promotion from the label. | ||||||||||
