Permission to use photographs on Wikipedia by the PLO Negotiations Affairs Department was granted on March 19, 2006 in personal phone call [1]. The PLO Web site will post additional copyright related information on their site shortly.
The reference on that site states: "The illegal Israeli colony of ‘Ma’ale Levona’, with a settler population of 478 (2003), is located on a hilltop between Ramallah and Nablus in the north of the Occupied West Bank. This colony, along with the illegal Israeli colonies of Eli and Shilo, control a north-south access route through the Occupied West Bank. "
