Isola del Gran Sasso is a town and comune in Teramo province in the Abruzzo region of Italy. It is distinguished from many other towns and villages in Italy called Isola by designating it "of the Gran Sasso", Gran Sasso being a massif of the Apennines mountain range in which the town is situated.
