Isle of Man Post (Post Ellan Vannin in Manx, formerly the Isle of Man Post Office) operates postal delivery and post office counter services on the Isle of Man.

The Isle of Man postal service was originally a part of the United Kingdom's Royal Mail, but has been independent since the 5th July 1973, following the divestiture of the postal authorities in the Channel Islands in 1969 to form Jersey Post and Guernsey Post. It was from this date that the Isle of Man began to issue stamps with its own unique designs for use only on the island, which have since become popular with philatelists throughout the world.

Isle of Man Post is constituted under the Post Office Act 1993 as a Statutory Board of Tynwald.

When sending mail to the island from elsewhere the Isle of Man is treated as though it were part of the United Kingdom.

Mail leaving the Isle of Man enters the First Class post stream of the UK's Royal Mail.
