Isla Traquair

Isla Traquair is a newsreader and journalist on the news programme North Tonight, shown on stv north.
Isla joined stv north in early 2001 having established herself as a newspaper crime and court reporter. She began her career at a very young age and even got a front page story in a national paper while on a work placement when she was just 15. She made the transition to television journalism relatively smoothly and is now an important member of the stv news and current affairs team.
Isla produces the stv crime show, Unsolved, as well as hosting the special update programme at the end of each series.
Traquair has also been seen exclusively reporting for ITV News.
