Iselin Vollen Steiro (born 15 September 1986) is a Norwegian supermodel. She grew up for the most part in Harstad. Iselin was discovered in 1999 while Christmas shopping with her parents in London. She started to model "high fashion" in 2003, and walked for Prada and Calvin Klein in her first season.

She currently lives in New York, where she is represented by Women Management. She is also represented by Women Paris, Women Milan and FM in London. Her mother agency is Team Models in Oslo, Norway.

She is among the most sought after models in the world and regularly does editorials for Numèro, French Vogue, Vogue Italia and Harper's Bazaar to name a few. Her covers include French, Flair, Korean Harper's Bazaar and Vogue Italia, in addition to several Norwegian magazines.

She has campaigned for such brands as: Adidas, Benetton, Paul and Joe, Aquascutum, Jil Stuart, Hugo Boss Orange Label, Just Cavalli, Balenciaga, Gucci (X3), D&G, Dolce & Gabbana, Loewe, Versace and Chanel. For the spring/summer 2007 campaigns she will be the face of Valentino among others.

Iselin has stated that her top five things she cannot live without are dental floss, Cocoa Butter from The Body Shop, carrots, water, and chewing gum. She has also stated she is to retire from full time modelling by the end of 2006. She is becoming a student at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, where she will study engineering and architecture. She will continue to model and do "especially interesting jobs" in addition to being a student.
