ISC Kosmotras

The International Space Company Kosmotras or ISC Kosmotras is a joint project, established in 1997, of Russia, Ukraine, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its purpose is the development and operation of a commercial launch vehicle, the Dnepr, converted from Soviet era SS-18 ICBMS which were to be decommissioned as part of the START Treaty.
