Isaac Smolko (born February 28, 1983 in Youngstown, Ohio) is a former professional American football tight end. He signed as a free agent with the National Football League's Pittsburgh Steelers shortly after the 2006 NFL draft, but was released at the end of the preseason.

Smolko played collegiately at Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2006. He attended Springfield High School in New Middletown, Ohio. He currently resides in Ohio with his wife, Katie.
