Isaac Passy

Isaac Passy (born 1928 in Plovdiv) is a Bulgarian philosopher and aesthete whose works such as The Tragic and The Comic.[1] He has a son, Solomon Passy, who served as foreign minister of Bulgaria from 2001 until 2005.
