Isaac Bayley Balfour

Sir Isaac Bayley Balfour (March 31, 1853 - November 30, 1922) was a Scottish botanist. He was the son of John Hutton Balfour.
Balfour led an expedition to Socotra in 1880. He was Regius Professor of Botany, Glasgow from 1879 to 1885, and professor of botany at Edinburgh University from 1888 to 1922.
