iQfx is a plug-in for the RealNetworks players: RealPlayer, RealOne and RealJukebox. This plug-in was created by QSound labs, a leader in 3D surround audio. First started, iQfx was freeware. You could turn your mono/stereo to 3d and enable the qBass (Bass Boost) feature. iQfx2 had two versions: freeware, with limitations and a payed version. It contained some new features. The current version of iQfx is iQfx3. It's provided as shareware. iQfx3 has brand new features like a RealPlayer-like interface, advanced qBass controls, qVerb (to choose your listening space) and qExciter (some fun effects).
