IPv6 Forum

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

IPv6 Forum is an international industry group dedicated to educating the masses about IPv6, the next generation Internet Protocol. They sponsor many summits (conventions) around the world each year, with major ones in China, Taiwan, Japan, the US and various EU countries. One of their functions is helping certify products as fully IPv6 compliant (and interoperable with other IPv6 products) with their IPv6 Ready program. That program provides both Level 1 (Silver) and Level 2 (Gold) certifications. The current head of the IPv6 Forum is Latif Ladid.
