Iparretarrak "the Northerners" in Basque, could also be read as "Ipar Etarrak" northen ETA activists, is an armed Basque nationalist organization operating in the French Basque Country. It was founded in 1973, and has targeted touristic developments.

It has had an uneasy relation with ETA, a more powerful organization based in the Spanish Basque Country. In spite of the similarity of ideology, ETA used the French Basque Country as a sanctuary and did not want to provoke the French Government.
