Iowa Highway 5

Iowa Highway 5 is a highway in southern Iowa. Its northern terminus is at Interstate 35 near Des Moines; its southern terminus is at the Missouri state line, where it continues as Route 5. (Route 5 completely crosses Missouri and becomes Highway 5 in Arkansas.) It had previously been designated Iowa Highway 60.

"Old Fivey" made headlines in 2003 when BNP leader Nick Griffin was assaulted in heavy traffic after a minor collision.
