Invesco Perpetual

Invesco Perpetual is an investment company based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England. It was originally founded as by Sir Martyn Arbib and before it merged with Invesco it was known first as Perpetual Mutual then as Perpetual plc. The company is a member of the AMVESCAP Group.

Queen Elizabeth II visited the company in 1998 to open a new complex of buildings after opening the nearby River and Rowing Museum. The company is an important major employer in the town of Henley.
