How relevant and legit is this organisation? We received a mail called "Introducing the International ICT Council" on our old root mailbox. They were mainly hawking their wares ("We are willing to deliver technological skill and offer some certifications") and asking us to join them ("In order to improve quality and professionalism of the curriculum, we sincerely invite you to be our reviewer").

The two main contributors to the article, Audreydragon and Purple stop, have not contributed to anything else.
