Interstate 605 (abbreviated I-605) is a proposed second bypass to Seattle, outside Interstate 405. While most proposals define I-605 as simply an outer beltway running through the vicinity of North Bend and Monroe, alternative proposals have placed as far out as east of the Cascade Range. Some proposals also have provisions for the road to be tolled.
