Interstate 470 (abbreviated I-470) is a 10.63 mile loop highway that bypasses downtown Wheeling, West Virginia. The western terminus is I-70 near Blaine, Ohio, east of St. Clairsville, Ohio, while the eastern terminus is I-70 in the Wheeling, West Virginia neighborhood called Elm Grove. There are junctions with State Route 7 and with West Virginia Route 2 on either side of the Ohio River which is crossed by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge. It is the only 3-digit Interstate in West Virginia.
