Interstate 140 (abbreviated I-140) is a spur route of Interstate 40 near Knoxville, Tennessee. It is multiplexed with part of the Pellissippi Parkway. It runs east from Interstate 40 near Farragut to U.S. Route 129, near McGhee Tyson Airport. It intersects with U.S. Route 11 and U.S. Route 70 near its western terminus. It becomes State Route 162 at both termini.
Plans call to extend the highway east to U.S. Route 321 in Sevier County, Tennessee.
