International Association of Financial Engineers

The International Association of Financial Engineers is a not-for-profit professional organization of Financial Engineers headquartered in NYC. It holds meetings to discuss various strategies in Financial mathematics. Meetings usually consisting of guest speakers who have published in economical journals and have some experience in academia or financial houses (e.g.Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch). The meetings also discusses employment and career development for financial engineers and those wishing to become involved in the field.
