Intermediate people's court

A intermediate people's court (中级人民法院) is the second lowerst locoal people's courts in the People's Republic of China. According to the Organic Law of the People's Courts of the People's Republic of China, the intermediate people's courts handle relevant important local cases for the first instance and hear the appeal case from the basic people's courts.
