[edit] Physical & Psychological Endurance

New recruits immediately begin a screening and training process meant to identify the most qualified applicants from a wide variety of diverse and talented backgrounds. Candidates for high-risk locations can expect a multi-year clearance process.

[edit] Standard Self-Defense Tactics

As part of its mandate, Intercon Security instructs officers in self-defense tactics and techniques. Guest trainers regularly develop special training courses for exceptional Security Officers and unique enforcement and/or surveillance assignments.

[edit] Facilities

Intercon Security runs live and simulated training operations throughout North America. As part of their commitment to safety, Intercon Security will never place uniformed or undercover Security Officers in situations without full tactical support.

[edit] Services

[edit] Technology

Intercon Security Officers regularly train with and review new technology. Personnel are encouraged and expected to become familiar with new technology and techniques as instructed, and may be given the opportunity to do so on their own when required by situational circumstances and the authorization of a supervising Security Officer. Complete situational awareness requires that all Security Officers maintain skills and familiarity with the latest technology systems and vernacular.
