[edit] April 2006

I have moved the following here from User talk:Antandrus, to help explain why this page is and should be here. Mangojuice 20:45, 4 April 2006 (UTC)

By the way, I've found monitoring what links here very useful, it helps me remove some of the ugliest test vandalism we get around here. Mangojuice 17:38, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] [[insert text]]

i should have explained what i was doing to somebody, as you know the newest button on the editing toolbar is the #R button, which adds #REDIRECT [[Insert text]] into wherever it is used, and since periodically people missuse those buttons for various reasons, for instance creating headers titled == Headline text == and so on, all accidental, since this is the first time doing so will actually create a defunct link, I thought it might be appropriate to redirect [[Insert text]] to the same place all defunct wiki links seem to go, namely to Bad title--Minor copy edit name 22:54, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

  • If this works out you might also consider protecting it, similar to Wikipedia:Bad title itself, that way people can leave any concerns or questions they may have on Wikipedia talk:Bad title--Minor copy edit name 23:04, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
Oh. All right; I didn't think of that. It is a good idea. Thanks! Antandrus (talk) 23:22, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What happened to the sandbox?

Isn't this supposed to be the page where people can test wiki markup and editing tools? Why is it protected, and is there some other place to test these things? --R'nway | [talk] 22:41, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

I think I see what happened, someone tried to make a redirect on the sandbox page and left the [[insert text]] there so it redirected here. My bad. Sorry for the confusion. -- R'nway [ T C ] 22:04, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What on Earth is this for?

It would appear to me that this page (being in article space) is a violation of fourth wall rules. Perhaps it should be a project page? In any case, it seems to be part of a number of redirect chains, which are not followed to more than one level. Falcon 22:45, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thais St Julien

Please reinsert this Article: I was trying to cross reference it with "Thais St. Julien," and must have pressed the wrong key. Sorry! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Brian Joseph Morgan (talkcontribs) 22:32, October 12, 2006 (UTC)
