Instituto Latinoamericano de Museos (ILAM), is a web portal that provides a wide variety of information relating to museums and parks in countries within Latin America. The site provides links to the most outstanding museums and heritage centres in the region, and searches can be made both geographically and topically. In addition, the website contains updated information on activities, conferences, and other events concerning museums in the region and elsewhere. Job vacancies, internship oportunities in the regions's museums, as well as a host of papers and publications pertaining to cultural heritage and museology in Latin American, are available from ILAM.
