Institute of Islamic Research and Teaching

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Institute of Islamic Research and Teaching was set up by Dr Aafia Siddiqui, and her husband Mohammed Khan in 1999 while they were students at MIT,[1] Siddiqui and Khan later fell under suspicion of having associates with ties to terrorism.[2]

On October 3, 2005 the Internal Revenue Service listed the institute among the charities that had not been able to establish or maintain their charitable status.[3]
