The Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) is a museum and exhibition space in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, founded in 1936. Formerly located on Boylston Street in the Back Bay neighborhood, the ICA moved to a new facility on the South Boston waterfront and had its grand opening the weekend of December 9-10, 2006. This is the first building in the United States designed by the architectural team Diller Scofidio + Renfro.
