Insight Enterprises

Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSIT) is a Fortune 1000 company that provides IT products and services in the U.S., Canada, and UK. The company was co-founded by Eric Crown and Tim Crown in 1988 and was incorporated in 1991 in Delaware. One of its subsidiaries, Direct Alliance, provides business process outsourcing. In 1996, Insight assumed the naming rights for Insight Bowl. In 2002, it bought Comark, thus enabling it to become a reseller of high-end Cisco Systems equipment.
