A Sphere In The Heart Of Silence (2004) |
Inside Of Emptiness is the fourth album of a six album series that John Frusciante undertook from June 2004 to February 2005. It features Josh Klinghoffer and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez as guest musicians. The album's genre is basically rock, with Frusciante's trademark synthesisers playing only a minor role throughout. Klinghoffer plays percussion and Rodriguez-Lopez plays a disjointed guitar solo on the track '666'." Though Frusciante claims that each and every album in the six album series follows a similar musical thought, this album contains a different variety of songs. Because of this, many fans regard this as the best of the six album series and many regard it as Frusciante's best work yet.
