Inside/Out was an instructional program for children, produced by the Agency for Instructional Television (AIT), during the 1970s. It was seen on PBS stations as late as the mid-to-late 1980s.

The thirty thought-provoking programs were written for a fifth or sixth grade audience to allow viewers to witness a short fifteen-minute story that usually ended without resolution, allowing the student to decide what they would do in a similar situation.

Among others, AIT produced two other similarly themed programs called Self, Incorporated, and Thinkabout.
