Insane in the Brain was a hit single for the American hip-hop group Cypress Hill. It was released in 1993 and reached no 19 in the hot 100 chart, and no 1 in the US rap chart. The song was released from the Black Sunday album.
Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine covered this as a Tango Lounge style on the 2002 album "Tuxicity".
