I've reviewed your changes and I'm satisfied with them. I've changed my vote to support on the FAC, and will work on polishing the article a bit over the next few days. Congratulations on your effort, and I wish you good luck. Postscript: what was wrong with the specs template? I'll probably be able to fix the problem if you let me know what it is. Thanks for your comments and support! The problem with the template was that even though when editing it said :

area main=459.6 ft² area alt=42.7 m²
