Inge Helten (born December 31, 1950 in Westum, Rheinland-Pfalz) is a former athlete from West Germany, who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
She competed for West Germany in the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 100 metres winning a bronze medal behind team mate Annegret Richter and East German Renate Stecher. She the joined with Annegret and fellow West Germans Elvira Possekeland Annegret Kroniger in the 4 x 100 metres where they won the silver medal behind the East Germans.
