This is an infobox for the List of Polish universities.

- First copy the following into the first line of the university article:

- Then fill in the blanks between the = and | signs
- use just the names of the image files themselves, the formatting is already done by the template (i.e. City_country.jpg). Do not link or format the pics
- similarily, website parameter should by filled by the link itself, i.e. website=http://www.uw.edu.pl/|
- if you don't know how to fill a field - fill it with "Unknown"
- If you don't have a location map prepared you can use Halibutt's contour map
