Infoshop.org is an anarchist website, founded in January 1995 as the Mid-Atlantic Infoshop by Chuck Munson. Its most popular feature is Infoshop News [citation needed], an open publishing newswire similar to that of Indymedia. The site has a number of other sections, including forums, and wikis such as The Matrix: Anti-capitalist Database. Infoshop.org is a part of the Alternative Media Project, and is involved in publishing Practical Anarchy magazine. The site also mirrors the anarchist written FAQ "An Anarchist FAQ".
